Tim Carlson, CTS, President

Tim is responsible for the day to day operations of the company including oversight of the sales, engineering and production efforts. Much of his energy is spent on developing project goals and objectives with clients and working with the engineering team to fulfill those expectations. Tim’s project emphasis is on performance and worship spaces with project experience from large-scale sports venues to intimate worship environments. His background includes over twenty years of operating and installing systems providing practical hands-on experience. 

Carolyn Eblin, Executive VP, and CFO

Carolyn is responsible for the operations of all financial and administrative activities. Her responsibilities include accounting, cash management, financial reporting, payroll, human resources, benefits, and administration. Carolyn’s background includes over 25 years of leadership in finance, accounting, and administration

Trey Reynolds, Director of Production

Trey has been with AMT since 2004 and is responsible for installations and on-site coordination of all activities related to systems completion. He is a highly respected expert in the required interface with Architects, General, and Electrical Contractors. In addition to being a seasoned, proficient systems installer, Trey is also an accomplished musician with a background that includes over 20 years of experience as a Technical Director for large churches.

John Glancy, Director of Engineering

John Glancy has over twenty-five years of experience in audio and video design/ installation. His project emphasis is on system integration using a complex computer and proprietary control. John’s vast project history includes executive boardrooms, hotel ballrooms, council chambers, themed entertainment, and religious facilities. His background also includes designing, programming and installing fully customized touch-screen information access solutions, live and archived streaming audio and video, and audio/video conferencing. John is fully certified in industry standards regarding computer networks and control systems.

Marc Martin, Client Relations & Design

Marc Martin has over 20 years of experience working in live production environments and has served for the last 13 years as a Technical Director and Production Manager. His extensive knowledge of ministry operations, AVL systems, and project management give him a unique insight into the mission and purpose of technology solutions for houses of worship as well as their practical implementation and operation.
