Description of Project

Crosspoint Church recently completed a move to a new worship facility to expand their ministry capabilities in Chino, CA. In support of their ministries, AMT Systems, Inc. worked with Church Technical Staff to provide cutting edge technology with-in the provided by the Building Committee.

The main sound system includes a left, center, right speaker system utilizing components from the highly acclaimed JBL PD series. The speaker system handles a wide dynamic range with a large spatial image. For extended low frequency four EAW dual 15” subwoofers were installed underneath the platform.

The system is controlled by a large format Allen and Heath console which includes dedicated outputs for the main speaker system, eight monitor mixes, recording, FX sends and subwoofer. Digital signal processing and amplifiers are located in backstage racks.

The video system includes two 6500 lumen projectors installed in dedicated rear projection rooms. These screens are controlled from an Analog Way seamless switcher with sources from a dedicated graphics computer, DVD and VCR. The video control booth includes source and preview/program output monitors.

The Sanctuary lighting system provides 96 dual channel dimming modules for house and stage control of standard PAR and ellipsoidal fixtures plus a half dozen robotic ellipsoidal motion lights, all operable from either a large format 400 channel ETC Expression controller or from the PC-based system programming and operations computer.
